Oh, and just some tips (I plan on using them, too)

1. Draw different things, go beyond naruto and pokemon (you can still draw them, just expand your outlook) and look at other things, it'll help you be creative and expand your ability.

2. There's a lot of tutorials on the net, go look, some are really useful!

3. For poses, try sketching out a stickman (or stickanimal) in that pose beforehand and then try and then draw over that pose. It might make it look a bit better. (I have yet to finish my attempt at this, though)

I plan on using all of them to try and improve my style. I hope it helps you!
